Why does pricing vary?
Pricing varies based on duration, day-of-week, location, suite type, and any add-ons such as concierge logistics, supply runs, or longer transport. The starting prices listed are accurate for typical bookings; final quotes are confirmed by your Recovery Coordinator.
What's included in each package?
Every recovery support block includes a trained, background-verified companion, structured non-clinical support (mobility, hydration, comfort, medication reminders), and a clear escalation protocol. Multi-day packages add daily check-ins and seamless companion handoffs.
How do I choose the right duration?
Most patients start with the Discharge Companion plus a 12 or 24-hour recovery block for the first night. Larger procedures and travelers without local support typically benefit most from the 48–72 hour package.
Do you offer concierge add-ons?
Yes — hotel coordination, transport, food delivery, pharmacy and supply runs, and wellness service coordination can be added to any package. The 72-hour package includes our recovery concierge support.
Are these prices medical or insurance-billable?
No. All services are non-medical and not billed through insurance. We provide detailed receipts; some clients use these for HSA/FSA reimbursement where applicable.
