7. Scheduling, Deposits, and Cancellation Policy

The parties acknowledge that short-notice cancellations result in lost scheduling opportunities, personnel allocation costs, and administrative expenses that are difficult to calculate precisely in advance.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed Service Agreement, the following terms apply:
- •Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time will receive a full refund, less any administrative fee disclosed at booking.

- •If personnel have already arrived at the service location at the time of cancellation, the full scheduled fee shall be due.
The parties agree that the foregoing amounts represent a reasonable estimate of anticipated damages and are not a penalty.
The Company reserves discretion to consider documented medical emergencies or hospital scheduling changes on a case-by-case basis.
