How do I decide between 48 and 72 hours?
Your care team decides what support you need after discharge and for how long. Within those instructions, the choice usually depends on the support you already have at home or at your hotel. We can talk it through with you before you book.
How are companions rotated across multi-day blocks?
We use structured shift handoffs with a brief overlap so the new companion is briefed on the patient's status, surgeon instructions, and preferences before the previous companion leaves.
Can I pair this with accommodation?
Yes. If you need somewhere to stay, we coordinate options at independently operated Manhattan hotels and confirm the property and room details with you. The hotel stay and the companion booking are quoted separately.
Is concierge support included?
The 72-hour package includes our recovery concierge support. The 48-hour package can be combined with concierge add-ons (food delivery, pharmacy, supplies) on request.
